Melania strong, silent for Don

DONALD Trump’s wife, Melania Trump, will “stand by her man” as he faces multiple charges in a Florida federal court related to his alleged mishandling of federal documents, a source tells Page Six — but daughter Ivanka will be keeping her distance. “Melania is standing by her husband, but quietly and privately,” we’re told. (In fact, as of the time of Trump’s indictment Thursday, Melania was in Midtown while her husband was at his golf course in New Jersey.) Another source said, “Melania knows what she signed up for. She is in a waitand-see position. He’ll either be in prison or be president. Or both. It’s not a time for fighting within the family.” Ivanka, meanwhile, “will be staying far away from Daddy,” said a source. Another insider told us, “Ivanka has disappeared.” The former first daughter has distanced herself from Trump during his latest White House campaign and his March indictment on charges stemming from the Stormy Daniels scandal. A source told us at the time that Ivanka and her family “want nothing to do with this.” The insider said, “Ivanka lost a lot of friends and her social scenes during his presidency.” Trump has vehemently denied wrongdoing.
