An ex-Rhode Island Republican councilman found passed out in his car while holding a crack pipe has been busted again — this time on molestation charges involving a 12-year-old girl, officials said.

Matthew Reilly resigned in disgrace from the Cranston City Council when cops said they discovered him last month lying back in his car seat — blacked out and mouth agape.

Reilly was charged with drug possession and later resigned from the council.

On Thursday, Cranston police reported Reilly was arrested in North Kingston on allegations of child molestation, The Providence Journal reported.

Reilly was charged with first- and second-degree child molestation sexual assault charges, police said.

Reilly was arrested on the drug charge May 15. The alleged crimes involving the girl took place May 3, the Journal reported.

Reilly, who had been free ahead of his June 15 arraignment on the drug charge, was ordered held without bail, police told the outlet.

Reilly’s lawyer told The Daily Beast he pleaded not guilty to the molestation charges.
