A naked woman was found dead in a trash compactor in Harlem Friday morning, cops said.

Emergency responders found the woman, believed to be in her 30s, in the second-floor trash room at 107 E. 126th St. just after 9 a.m., police said.

EMS pronounced her dead at the scene.

Sources say the woman was wearing no clothes.

No signs of trauma were discovered, and the city’s Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the cause of death, police said.

Cheryl Lago, 61, who lives near the compactor room, told The Post she saw the woman’s body.

“Somebody came and knocked on my door, he said ‘Cheryl, there is a lady laying on the floor there,’ ” she recalled. “I went to the compact room, and I pushed the door open and I said, ‘Oh my God.’ ”
