Gov. Hochul’s money pit

Albany Democrats are set to authorize nearly $15 billion to unaccountable slush funds in the forthcoming budget. Here’s where the bulk of the money is going:

■ $6 billion to Special Public Health Emergency Fund (emergencies only)

■ $2.1 billion to State and Municipal Facilities Program

■ $2 billion to Special Emergency Fund (for emergencies only)

■ $800 million to Empire State Development Corporation

■ $515 million to Office of Mental Health
