ONE lucky sommelier got a personal performance by the one and only Mariah Carey. We hear the pop queen (above) was dining in Tribeca in American Cut steakhouse’s private Morrison room. She started crooning to Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’ ” when it came over the speaker while a server was taking her order, a source tells us. While Carey has a rep for being a diva, we hear she was “over-the-top nice.” Bono and The Edge were also recently at the restaurant.
