JENNIFER Lopez and Ben Affleck attended a Friday matinee of “The Music Man” on Broadway, starring Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster, we hear. A spy told us, “They gave the performance an enthusiastic standing ovation, and then got ovations themselves.” At a curtain call auction to benefit Broadway Cares, Jackman — “who is a master at fundraisers like these,” said a theater pro — auctioned off the hat he wore in the show and Lopez and Affleck ended up prevailing in a “wild bidding war that had the crowd screaming.” They ultimately paid $20,000 for the souvenir. After they bought it, the show sold three more. A source called it “the J.Lo Effect.”
