Fetus Reality

I’d like to remind Supreme

Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor and everyone else that all of us who are alive today are all former fetuses (“Court Abort Threat,” Dec. 2).

There’s no getting around this fact. And if the fetus isn’t alive, how is it that we are alive? And if the fetus isn’t human, how is it that we are human?
