NE-YO gave an intimate concert for military and health-care personnel atop One World Trade Center Saturday. He sang hits including “Miss Independent” and “Sexy Love.” He’ll be featured in the Northwell Health-sponsored special “Side by Side: A Celebration of Service,” streaming May 31. Other performers are Katy Perry and Gavin DeGraw, with host Alfonso Ribeiro.
